Rules & Regulations
1. Strictly observe and ensure your child's compliance with all rules delineated within the school diary.
2. Mandatory daily review of the school diary is required, specifically focusing on: Absent and Late Coming Records, Teacher's Official Remarks, all Notices and Circulars, and records pertaining to Discipline, Uniformity, and Personal Presentation.
3. Any parent or guardian desiring to meet their child during school hours must secure prior written permission from the Principal. Unauthorized interruptions are strictly prohibited.
4. Entry to the school campus for parents/guardians is contingent upon the mandatory presentation of a valid, school-issued ID card. Access will be unequivocally denied without it.
5. Students are strictly forbidden from wearing any expensive jewelry. The school explicitly disclaims all responsibility for the loss or damage of such items.
6. Unconditional adherence to all school rules and regulations is compulsory. Any infraction will result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or expulsion.
7. Parents are obligated to regularly consult the official school website to remain fully apprised of all school activities and updates.
8. Punctual and consistent attendance is non-negotiable. Attendance on the reopening day following any vacation period is absolutely compulsory.
9. All requests for leave must be meticulously documented in the designated sections of the school diary, with explicit and justifiable reasons provided.
10. The prescribed school uniform must be worn impeccably and completely by all students during school hours.
11. Failure by parents to collect their child's report card on the stipulated Parent-Teacher Meeting day will result in the student being barred from sitting the subsequent test or examination.
12. Students are expected to maintain exemplary standards of politeness in speech and courtesy in manner at all times. Neatness and cleanliness in dress and personal grooming are non-negotiable requirements.
13. Collection of progress reports on the dates specified in the school calendar is a mandatory requirement for all parents.
14. Hair Regulations:
* Boys: Hair must be kept short, ensuring it does not extend over the shirt collar or ears.
* Girls: Hair must be impeccably groomed and modest. If hair length exceeds the shoulder, it must be neatly plaited into two and secured. Only blue ribbons and clips are permissible. Elaborate hair decorations, make-up, finger rings, bangles, or any other jewelry are strictly forbidden. Fingernails must be kept short and unpainted.
